Alaska Airlines: IT Chat

In 2019 I was working at Alaska Airlines in IT as a Business Analyst. I was leading the project to implement a new internal Service Desk Chat feature, and I designed the icon used for its internal promotion. It was a small thing, but I loved getting to bring some design craft into a place where it probably would have just been clip art, otherwise.
